I have been engaged in microenterprise development for over twenty years, as a practitioner, researcher and trainer. Currently, I am privileged to facilitate the Enterprise Development Exchange and the Value Initiative.

The SEEP Network has been a professional home for me for most of my career, providing me with skills, information, a community, a leadership platform and many dear friends. I look forward to helping you create and benefit from our global community.

I lived in Nairobi, Kenya for a decade, witnessing the suffering and ingenuity of people living in slums. Now, the majority of the world lives in cities. How do we find hope for our urban future?
