Nineteen year experience in the development sector as a HRD consultant and trainer/facilitator in Women Entrepreneurship Development with specialization in marketing, advocacy, sub-sector analysis and value-chain development.
Major career focus has been on research related to socio-economic and gender topics as well as BDS market assessment, facilitation of BDS and the creation of linkages with national and international markets for micro and small businesses
