Senior Monitoring Officer
Mission: 
Working with poor people to: # build their capabilities, # improve their access to technical options and knowledge and # help them influence the social, ceonomic and institutional systems for innovation and ultimate goal is to increase income and employement oppourtunities for poor and disadvantaged communities.

I have strong leadership in planning, implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and MIS skills as well as 19 years of experience in different potion and different sectors of socio-economic development program.
 Have a Master of Science degree in Statistics with honors graduation from University of Chittagong;
 Above 19 years working experience with Government, National and International NGOs;
 Have working experience in both Headquarters and Field levels with both rural and urban programming;
 About 11 years solid working experience for Government of Bangladesh (GOB), 5 years CARE Bangladesh and two and half years for USCC-B in Planning, implementation, Management, Monitoring and Evaluation of development program including five years at the supervisory /strategic level and 3 years monitoring and evaluation ;
 Strong coordination skills through participatory approaches; have sound experience in participatory planning, implementation and monitoring, conducting action researches, Mid-term Evaluation and impacts studies/Ex-facto Evaluation;
 Excellent skills in database management and MIS, data processing and interpretation of information through advanced computer applications;
 Strong skill in Gender Analysis and Gender policy operation monitoring;
 Excellent efficiency in partnering with GOB and NGOs and experience of dealing with donors;
 Good training facilitation skill specially, in project design, design & implement Monitoring and Evaluation system, Participatory Learning and Action (PLA)/Participatory Rapid Appraisal (PRA) etc. Strong skills in organization and facilitation of training, workshop, seminar for partner agencies, field staff and community organizations;
 Excellent computer operation skills with word processing, FoxPro, Microsoft Access and SPSS and fluent at both written and spoken English and Bangla;
 Strong leadership in relation to leading monitoring team for emergency Disaster response. Proven capacity and experience in managing development programs. Proven ability to work as a team member, to work under pressure, and to work with limited supervision. Good staff development and interpersonal skills;
 Proven experience in design and implement USAID Title II program monitoring & evaluation and conversant with USAID performance monitoring;
 Proven working experience in Household Livelihood Security Assessment. Good experience on, Baseline study, Participatory Monitoring & Evaluation, Output Monitoring and FGD.
 Good skills of Designing methodology and tools of studies, Project Planning Matrix, Logframe and MIS
 Experience of assessing training and capacity need of organization; Good analytical and learning skills;
 Good program and survey/study management skill such as research, Baseline and Seasonal survey etc;
 Strong report writing skill and experience in writing Case study, feasibility study report, Project completion report, progress monitoring report Annual report. Proven experience in project design and proposal writing; Good Terms of Reference (ToR) preparation skill for external consultancy farm, training providing organization, material development organization etc.
 Good understanding of human development & human right, Mother/Child health and nutrition.
 Adequate knowledge and skills in market development approach, enterprise development through value chain and service market.
