Project Coordinator, Enterprise Development & Competitiveness
Mission:
To contribute to effective economic development programs and better understand the relationships between economic stability and other types of stability in the developing world—including civil society promotion, human rights protection, conflict mitigation, etc.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University in 2006, where I majored in International Relations with focuses on global security and Latin America. My first professional involvement in international development was an internship with InterAction’s public policy team. Following that, I spent four months teaching English in Nicaragua and returned to Washington, D.C., where I began working at ACDI/VOCA. At ACDI/VOCA I provide support to enterprise development and value chain projects.

My short- to medium-term goal is to play an active role in implementation, and my longer-term goals include applying the knowledge I gain to affecting international affairs and development policy through research and/or advocacy.
