I have worked in Enterprise/Value chain development in East and Southern Africa over the last 8 years. I have particulary worked with National and International Development partners to develop and validate methodologies for linking smallholder farmers to markets. Emphasis has also been in assesing and developing BDS services that promote enterprise development with focus on private sector development in rural communities. Currently the focus of my work is in developing economic opportunities for HIV/AIDS affected and infected groups through cooperative development, linking into growth markets and developing financial products in collaboration with financial Institutions that PLWHAs and OVC Caregiver Cooperatives and Associations can take advantage of.
