You will find the discussion platform under Discussions on the main menu at the top of the screen.

• You must be logged in to respond to comments and to subscribe to discussion posts. Because this group is “public” you don’t have to be logged in to read anything, however.
• To receive future posts via e-mail, you can choose one of two paths: select individual discussion threads OR receive all comment posts. See below for further instructions.
• Once you subscribe, you will receive e-mail notifications with a link to the discussion post mentioned.
• You can reply directly from your inbox or you can post a reply on the website. Either way, your response will be available to all on the website as well as in the inboxes of those subscribed.
• To unsubscribe, simply go to any post, and scroll to the bottom to unsubscribe. You can opt out of a particular discussion or all posts on the entire on-line conference. See instructions below.

1. Receive select threads: for each discussion thread that you want to receive in your inbox, click on “subscribe to discussion posts in this group” and “subscribe to this post.” Both are buttons located at the bottom of the welcome message.
2. Receive all threads:
3. Log in and click on your name at the top of the screen
4. click “edit”
5. If you’re not signed up to the conference, scroll down to “Groups” and select “Join Defining Social Enterprise…”; Click “submit”
6. Go now to “Notifications“—next to “View”, “Edit”, etc., which are just under the green/blue/red banner, click on “Groups”, which is the menu just below “Notifications”.
7. Scroll down to “Defining Social Enterprise” and check “All posts in this group”, “as soon as possible”.

If you are having difficulty with the subscription technology, it may be a question of which interval for receiving posts that you chose: “never” or “as soon as possible”.

You could try one of two things:
1. Go back to the lead post in each discussion thread and unsubscribe and then re-subscribe (choosing “as soon as possible”).

or

2. Edit your notifications (instructions above).
