This case study describes the strategies implemented by SDC, Asia, to improve the relationships between the various market players in the processed Kaong value chain in Davao del Sur. Specifically, the study focuses on SDC’s ongoing efforts to build mutually beneficial, longer-term business relationships between semi-processors (mainly Bagobo indigenous people), traders, and processors.
