Organization posting: Education Development Center (EDC)

Description: EDC (Education Development Center, Inc.) is looking for a micro-enterprise expert to be part of a small consultant team working on the assessment and design of a youth and micro-enterprise program in the Congo. The person needs to have at least five years experience designing, implementing, evaluating micro-enterprise projects in Africa, and be fluent in French. This is a two-week assignment (with some possible follow-on), scheduled for late July/early August.
