The SEEP Network is a Network of Networks and facilitates a Global Information Exchange among diverse organization working throughout the world.
- Provides collective examination from which new learning emerges to advance professional development;
- Increases program impact on poverty reduction;
- Fosters continuing innovation in program design; and
- Informs the policy arena.
SEEP has developed a significant membership base of microfinance and microenterprise development practitioners and has created a wealth of technical resources, tools and trainings that are widely recognized throughout the sector. In 2006, membership was expanded to include international networks and organizations. SEEP, setting the stage for an entirely new set of challenges such as the continued provision of quality services at further distances, peer-to-peer learning involving multiple languages, increased requests for dynamic working groups located on different continents, and new designs for other activities, such as our Annual Conference, that will ensure the active participation of members spread around the globe.
