VSO works in partnership with local organisations to support poor and marginalised people to improve their livelihoods. My role involves supporting country-based programme managers on programme development and gathering in examples of best practice from VSO's work. Work with microfinance organisations and/or linking partners to microfinance opportunities is a key part of our work.
