I am the Senior Technical Advisor at Medical Teams International based in Portland Oregon and the founder and first facilitator of the HIV and AID and Micro enterprise Development Working Group at SEEP. I am an international development professional with more than 20 years experience, have worked in 20 countries and lived in Swaziland and Malawi from 1986- 1995. My skills include: program design and management, curriculum development, proposal design and writing, group facilitation and training, cross-cultural communication, community mobilization, advocacy, writing and editing. My areas of expertise include: HIV and AIDS prevention, care and support; community health; adult learning, dialogue education, behavior change communication; and microeconomic development. I am a pioneer in the areas of faith based community mobilization for HIV and AIDS prevention and care and the integration of HIV and AIDS and Microeconomic development.
