It isn’t clear to me if this conference is to take place in July 2010 or if this is an older post and if the conference has been in 2009. Can anyone please clarify this for me? Thanks.

I think it’s quite obvious that this happened last year cause it was dated july 1. Currently, we are just at the beginning of the year. I would like to actively participate on this kind of conference to become socially aware of things.Joseph Taylor

Savings Led Conference from July 2009
Dear Mathew:
Greetings from The SEEP Network HIV & AIDS and Microenterprise Development (HAMED) Working Group! Please allow me to clarify that this conference announcement was for a Savings-Led discussion HAMED hosted last July. I have attached the conference synthesis for your reference. We had a very rich discussion, which was followed up with a partnership-planning conference for integrated programming in October 2009. Our dialogue continues this year as we develop more case studies on child savings in Mozambique (from Aflatoun) and community grants in Mozambique (Save the Children), and we look forward to hosting future conferences later this year.
You can find our most recent conference information and our growing library of resources on our Sharepoint website: http://members.seepnetwork.org/. I hope you will be able to join us in our future activities, which we will develop with other SEEP Learning Initiatives.
Please let me know if you need any additional information or have further questions.
Sincerely,
Kristen Eckert
